FillPak® Trident™ paper padding machine
The FillPak® Trident™ offers you cost-optimised cavity filling with very fast production output and high volume yield when processing paper into paper pads. The machine is designed to be integrated into packing lines for high packaging volumes. The converter processes paper, a renewable raw material that can be recycled after use or used as an already recycled material.

Use
The FillPak® Trident™ is designed as a free-standing system that can be integrated into suitable conveyor systems and packing lines. It makes it possible to produce a pack volume of up to six cubic metres without interruption. In less than 20 seconds, the converter can be loaded with new paper packages. The Trident system is perfect for fixing light and medium-weight products. Depending on your needs, you can use sturdy Kraft paper or sustainable recycled paper in different grades. The working height of the converter can be adjusted according to requirements. Pad production is carried out conveniently either via the foot pedal, by EDS (Electronic Delivery System) or via a preset function with preset cut-off lengths.
